D2INNOV
The D2INNOV project aims to stimulate the mushroom production value chain through R&D focused on the valorization of value-added molecules. Its objectives are to develop two products enriched with vitamin D2: a mushroom powder with a content of at least 580 µg/g of powder, and a natural extract with at least 90% vitamin D2 purity; as well as an integrated process enabling the conversion of ergosterol into vitamin D2 through UV irradiation.
PRODUTECH SIF – SOLUTIONS FOR THE INDUSTRY OF THE FUTURE
The PRODUTECH SIF project constitutes an integrated response for the development and construction of new production systems based on advanced technologies, enabling the preparation and equipping of the manufacturing industry to face the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution.

With this project, BTL aims to integrate the principles of Industry 4.0 into its organizational and production systems to improve its organizational level, optimize processes, reduce operational costs, strengthen its market position, and contribute to the technological advancement of the metallurgical and metalworking sector in Portugal.
